1984 Grateful Dead Vintage / Classic Car Pass !! ... with Red Roses ! & " Good Ol' Grateful Dead !! " painted on the side in Red, White & Blue !!! ... and with " Bertha ! " Skull & Roses !! on the Pass !!!!!
Grateful Dead Fans !! ... and quite possible too - those who Enjoy the Finest ! of USA Vintage & Classic Automobiles ! ... and Cool American Hot Rods !!  Offered here is a Vintage Original ( Genuine / Authentic ) Grateful Dead Backstage Pass ( sticker-patch / satin ) made in 1984 - and issued during the 1984 & 1985 Tours as a ' Blank ' ( No-Date ' Surplus ' ) Pass by Grateful Dead Productions !!!  These were issued for use as Official Backstage Pass Credentials for Grateful Dead Shows ! ... and, with no date - city - or venue ' printed ' on the Pass - as they could easily be used as-needed by GDP ... for either extra - replacement - or surplus passes.  Generally, these Passes would be marked and/or written on by magic marker and/or with a Tour stamp ... which effectively ' coded ' these Passes for Official-Use !  But ... as you can see in the photos provided -- this 1984 Hot Rod Pass is still New ! ... and, survived unscathed - with no writing on this Pass ! - no Tour stamps ! - and it is still unused ! - with the Pass backing perfectly intact !  And, with no date on these Passes - it allows more border space ... for designs as cool as this one to just Shine !  A Bright & Vivid one for the Grateful Dead Collector !! and/or Classic Car Enthusiast !!!  Just check out this Ride !?! ... as this Rock & Rollin' Steel Beauty has " Good Ol' Grateful Dead " painted on the side in Red, White & Blue !!! & a few Red Roses too !! - and ... even a " Bertha ! Dead-Fans ! ... and very-likely too - Wisconsin Deadheads !!!  Offered here is the Vintage Original ( Genuine / Authentic ) Grateful Dead Backstage Pass ( sticker-patch / satin ) for the June 24, 1983 ( 6/24/83 ) Show at the Dane County Arena ( Coliseum ) in Madison, Wisconsin ( WI ) !!  Whoa ! ... Dead Fans !! - and most likely those from the Mid-West ! Region ... were you lucky enough to be there for this-one ?  A true piece of G.D. & Rock 'n Roll History ! Memorabilia right-here indeed - as this Backstage Pass represents a whole slew of things that are just downright Awesome ! - The " Good Ol' Grateful Dead !!! " - for obvious starters, and also ... the 1983 Summer Tour ! which was Magically ! 'drenched ' with Red-Hot ! Live-Dead all-throughout ! - and last, but most-certainly not least ... Madison !  One of the " The " Deadhead Hot-spots ! in this Grate ! Nation - and, of course too ... what naturally comes with-that as a package deal - the Dane County Coliseum !!  As most Dead Fans were lucky enough to become good & acquainted with their Legendary ! '73 Show - hearing it first likely on either Analog Cassette ! - or maybe even on Reel-to-Reel !!  Yes !!!  I like it ... totally.  Well, having had listened to this Tour tons ! over the years ... this night sure was a standout !  It was indeed the " Shakedown " night ! which is always hot on its own ... especially in '83 !!  But, the Garcia Phase-100 ! efforts on Candyman are also nothing-short of Spectacular ! - as usual though, right ?  Ha !  This then leads to a Mean & Nasty Little Red Rooster ! where the Slide Guitar in the ' Jerry & Bob Show ' is right on the mark ! - just Dueling ! it out for the Madison Dead Fan Faithful ... totally.  And, then maybe my overall all favorite-part of this 1st Set comes Last ! ... with a Killer ! Bucket > Deal !!!  Keep in mind too - that Bucket was raw, young & very-new at this point - as Bobby let that cat out of the bag ' 1st ' at the Greek !! on 5/14/83 !  And as-for Set II - this Beauty ! just might qualify for what I like to call Filthy-Hot !!!  You betcha >>> Help > Slip ! > Franklin's > Sailor > Saint > Drums > Space > Truckin' > Dew !!! > Around > Johnny B.
