Returns
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days. Item MUST be in the exact condition it was sent in, with tags attached and in unworn condition.
If the reason for the return or exchange is due to my error, such as the wrong item was sent, then I will pay for the return shipping.
For all other reasons, such as you didn't like it, it didn't fit correctly, or you changed your mind, you will pay for shipping back.
If you are returning any Hades Footwear, I can only approve the return if you first send me quality images that show that the shoe is completely unworn. If there is any sign of wear I cannot accept them back. I am following Hades' own return and exchange policy, I will forward the images to them to see if the return will be approved.
For returns you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, in the case of an exchange this fee is waived.
